I don't really care that much. I do care of hopefully completing the stuff that I already plan on completing in the first place...

Neither is spamming entire topics with off-topic spam. Gah.

Yes, further efforts in this direction can be redirected at the hilarious "counter" bug thread (its original bug-reporting purpose having been served successfully).

Or maybe I should split it off into a separate topic for that stuff.

Eh. I don't really know how to do that and it's too much work to figure out how.

Just let us keep using giant colored fonts for saying stuff and be happy.

When I'm happy is when I don't have to think about moderating. I don't get off on making or enforcing rules. I just like making games. But if you're bothering other posters or derailing threads, I don't have the luxury of being happy or focusing on games. I have to weigh social factors and community management, and that makes me grumpy.

As long as it's readable and isn't excessively disruptive or distracting, I don't mind if you color your text however you want. But large fonts are very questionable, as they break up the flow of the thread and come across as screaming, and random interjections into discussion threads that exist mainly as an excuse to abuse the BB Code are not helpful at all.

I'm making my standing clear on this clear so that you can moderate your own posts before you post them, that way I don't have to. Ignoring this will not get me to change my mind, however. Ignoring this will just make me more grumpy, because I will have to wear my moderator hat more often, and I hate that hat.

Fight the authority figures in the game, not on the boards, please. I happen to be one of said authority figures on the boards, and I don't like fighting.

I'm not the moderator here, but from the perspective of a guy who's trying to actually use the forum to talk about LCS and ask questions about it, the thread hijacking/derailment, random yelling content-free posts, and huge green text does get a bit obnoxious.

Ok, since i play LCS pretty much i think its time to start being active on the forums.
Here a little bug post.
Bug concerns version 3.19.4 win32 version (under wineconsole at least) and the 31104branch when compiled under linux.
If you rename/remove the sitemaps.txt and play with old system all apartment doors are unlocked and the loot can be found everywhere. This happens under both linux and wineconsole.
Requesting that somebody try this under native windows to confirm.
Question concerning linux specifically is where the sitemaps.txt should be located for the game to actually be able to load it. Seems to not work under the following directories:
  • ~/.lcs/ (where saves are and work properly)
  • /usr/local/bin (where game binary is located after make install)
  • /usr/local/etc (Just tried it since logically etc is for configurations)
Also, otherwise the game is going in the right direction.
