I'll kick the zombie away from me and then "cut"(or whatever) the bite wound in hope it will heal it up or something...and where exactly is the bite wound?

A 1 would fit more with that than a 2 which signifies fail(like I droped the knife or an obsticle stops me) where a 1 makes any situation worse, but your the GM.
Action: Command the zombie to keep his distance away from me while I use knife gently on wound in hopes of previous hopes.AKA hopes  to repeat that healing(???) incident with the knife.

its kinda difficult to cut youreself in the shoulder with precision and i read youre last post wrong but you didnt get any wounds so it doesnt really matter

I'm not saying to cut it off like a surgeon or anything, basicly a touch, a scratch, seems simple to do really...unless I get bad rolls.

You sneak around [3] but dont find anything and you arent seen. (you only see ALOT of zombies walking around aimlessly)

you continue to fire on the archery target which you made and [3] you make little progress and earn little exp.

[5] you use the dagger on the wound (not the cursed kris) and attempt to stop the infection by cutting in in the wound. [4] you feel better and the pain is gone, you think that youre no longer infected but its not for sure.
