I'll set the bar high.

I paid to see Brian Greene give a talk live at the Paramount Theater in Austin.

I am a self-proclaimed basement-lifeform, I spend nearly all my free time in this room, with the curtains closed to keep as much as possible light out. I play dwarf fortress. I se Firefox, Openoffice, winamp, I have a G15 keyboard.

On the other hand, I do have friends, but then again, even they are interested in DF, somewhat, beyond the graphics.

That enough for ya?

I make and mod role playing games for fun. And trying to make it for profit.

Well, I love modding games like DF and WC III and Starcraft.  I also love Nethack, and Eagleon's Earthsage sounds awesome to me (see creative projects).

But then I play paintball, and, when possible, ski.

I have bought and worn T-shirts from Z-stuff.

I got my tickets months in advance to the Video Game Live concert tour.

I have debated with my friends the comparisons between Chuck Norris and Kyle Katarn, in a crowded McDonalds.

Oh, right, and I set up a role-play forum. And I'm usually the first to register for the yearly week long LAN-party I always go to.

I understand half of the xkcd jokes.
I make my own formulas when I want to do a subtle joke.
I think math and Fourier transforms are cool.
In my spare time, I write code, troll people on Omegle, engage in intellectual forum debates, and work on a solar car.
I refer to myself as an electromagnetic wave engineer.
My recently used programs are: Firefox, Winamp, Google Chrome, MUSHClient (for playing MUDs), MATLAB, webcam (for posting homemade porn on the net), calculator, Yahoo Messenger, Dev-C++, hopster, and SciTE (for coding Lua).
I have a killer robot as my avatar.
I've gone so far above pi, that I think that people who calculate pi to the last digit are like kids who think they're smart because they can read from A-Z.
I'm part of a student group hosting a massive game tournament 2 weeks for now.

Hah, you guys are like baby geeks :P

I use MinGW.
And understand more than 3 of it's options.

If that's not enough, then nothing is.
(MinGW is the compiler used as a back-end for dev-c++, completely command line)
