Also, I love how a simple 'E' I designated as a target magically became 'Elf'.

Also, forgot to mention. Two, count them, TWO ARTIFACT MECHANISMS in a row. Wha?

EDIT: I built an 'Abandon Fortress' lever that closes all exits and floods the fortress. With water, sadly, because I ain't got magma.

It's an evolutionary thing - Dwarfinsim.

If you can make a non-magma fortress run, you'll be way ahead of the curve when you tackle a magma-based one.
