Well, realistically a cavalry unit needs extra horses anyhow (hauling, spares, etc.) Maybe zefies just go through horses quickly?

I don't really want to do that, because, well, shit happens. This is getting a bit ridiculous, though. Maybe something for consecutive late turns?

Oh, and Nirur, it's only been 5 days. Two more until mainiac and Pandarsenic idle.

Again, I feel little motivation to get my turns up immediately when I know mainiac will take until the last possible moment anyway. :I Plus I'm a procrastinator.
