I don't know where glass is. It wasn't in the tech list at the start of the other thread. Horseback riding doesn't require animal taming because somebody started with it.

I want it to be harder for you guys to get my horseback riding tech because seriously, having the glass I need to benefit from my second later be a hidden tech (he said its prereqs were intentionally hidden) is just messed up. D:

When is the morale production bonus activated?
If I get my zefies morale up this turn, does it affect the production of this selfsame turn?

I thought of a different way of tracking luxuries that I'd run past you.

Rather then having a certain requirement for a morale boost to take effect, they'd all create a certain amount of luxury.  For instance a shrine might create 10 luxury a turn, luxury goods (like cloth) create 10 luxury per unit up to a maximum of the city size and extra food creates 2 luxury per unit.  Then the total luxury generated is divided by the city size to find the moral boost.

So for example a city of 13 workers with a shrine and one unit of cloth would create 20 luxury for a morale bonus of 1.5 which rounds down to 1.  But add in 3 extra food and the morale bonus is boosted up to 2.

I'm thinking that this system would result in less number crunching and get rid of the bizare cutoff effect.
