I see a problem. Neither side can prove that God exists/does not exist.

Therefore your point is invalid. I'd think up a more polite way to say that, but there it is. Please don't be offended.

Aithiesm doesn't cause death, religion does, ie the crusades, bloody mary queen of england just to name a few.
