(go thru the checklist...)

First, try <d, b, c>, and see if, somehow, you forbid all the drinks.

Make sure they are not "all stay indoors" and the path is somehow exposed to a single outdoor tile.

Make sure no miner took out half of the only staircase to the booze.

Make sure no doors are forbidden, and no workshops have inaccessible tiles that block the doors they need to get there.

Um... probably something else...

And designate a drinking zone. (use < i > & etc.)

Using ramps, I presume.

You juiced up those ramps pretty good, most likely.  Ramps are complicated.

I removed all the ramps at the bottom level of my spire. And somehow, the bottom up stair of my stairway into the first spire way gone. But the dwarves should have still been able to take the wagon path... ???

Edit: Wow. I removed the bottom up stair accidently myself, because I was removing all ramps... probably removed some ramps from the wagon path too... Note to self: watch out when designating large areas.
