Limul Thak's Journal

Well, I've finally gotten Navi turned down so quiet he can't be heard without straining! Finally, my thoughts are my own. We're still on the boat, but we near the human lands as I write! Speaking of which, Navi may feel some pain when I do this... nah! Even if he does, he's an elf! Who cares?

We've been taking bets on what the lands are called. I put my vote in for Romen Kapoth, simply because it rolls off the tongue like a rubbery pill. Bets close when one of us finally gets around to asking the tall people what their home is called, but until then, my fingers are crossed on those three monies I bet. With the economy as it is, we need every monie possible...

"Well, it won't matter much. The goblins killed almost everyone, and you few (whose names I know, conveniently) are probably the only capitalistic dwarves left."
"I thought I turned you OFF!?"
"Well, you did. Your concentration lapsed when you were reminiscing about those monies you've probably lost forever, and so I came back out."
"... so, DOES it hurt when I use you for journals?"
"Not really, no."
"So... I could... nah..."
"Huh? What? Oh, you wouldn't... [voice fades away]"

Heh. Concentration lapse? Please. By the way, I think I have a new form of fighting developing here. More to come on that.

~LT

Will it count as one? We'll find out when we find some elephants. ;D

Come on, everybody! Vote for Romen Kapoth, so I can get some monies in my wallet!
"You know, you don't have a wallet. You have a-"
Oh gods! Armok save me, he's escaped the canon! Quick, to the escape pods! :o

Walter's journal,

It's finished! It took a lot of time, but with some help from Oldbeard, I finally finished ZirilDalithsarek! I've managed to sneak a bit of alcohol away from the dwarfs to fill the tank. I tested it off the side of the ship in secret (except Oldbeard, who was there to put me out, if the tests went badly). Although alcohol isn't as potent as I would've liked, the glove worked. The only thing I need is a better fuel...

From the darkness of Tamunshin's mind:

I must admit, I was loathe to return to the dwarves after... well, after what I had seen before. However, now that I have returned to battle I remember why I chose to fight with them in the beginning, there are several in this company who display skill and courage, albeit none who could match me. It is unfortunate that I must hide my true abilities... my true self, from these beings, but the time is not right.

I must be wary of the one known as WorkerDrone. I sense that he cannot be trusted, he acts very chaotically. Perhaps in the coming days he will let his guard down, that will be my time to strike.

My life for you, Immortal Lord, may you always protect the righteous.

Limul Thak's Journal

Well, things are looking bad. The way the tall people talk, it sounds like their lands may be named... not what I bet on. Well, shoot. Anyways, it's only three monies, right? Excuse me while I go and sob for a few minutes. Hours. Days. With some beer. Or hard liquor. I don't care. I may have lost three monies.

"It's only three useless monies from a dead civilization..."
"It is NOT! Someday the dwarves will rise again and that monie will be worth... stuff!"
"Sure it will. Won't they replace the monie anyways, making this monie worthless?"
"Shut up... please!"
"I'm sorry, I forgot about dwarven capitalistic sensitivities."
"That's the problem with you elves. You don't think about dwarves."
"You don't think about elves either; how are you better? For instance, that last journal suggested using me for violence!"
"..."
"Uh oh... don't you dare [voice fades away]"

I'm sharpening Navi's TCD as we speak. Combat potential is pending. Will develop this more.

So yes, there will be a weapon based on Navi soon. I wonder how they'll both react... :D

I vote for Squidland the Syrup (gongithnir udib) because it is the least cliched.
