Being the kind of guy that nearly cries at Lacrosse games because they're too violent, I should be more disturbed that people do play LCS.

The advanced version of the guide should describe the option of not killing anyone and still going to win.

I keep trying to play games where I don't kill/kidnap any conseratives, but it usually ends with my leader dead or in jail for life anyway.

Try fixing the justice system.  The obvious route is to kidnap conservatives and use them as sleepers, but that's not your only option.  There's a safe option if you have a powerful recruiter, you can convince a liberal lawyer to willingly join your cause as a sleeper.  A sleeper lawyer goes the wrong way and if you are using liberals you can check to make sure they have good stats before recruiting.

It's much easier to seduce the lawyer.  Seduce a couple of judges as well, and hope one of them hears your case.

But a seduced sleeper lawyer (like the one you can now get as a starting option!) may abandon your cause if their recruiter is thrown in jail.
