Before you get to org and the mysterious assailant, the attacker seems to go into convulsions.

He opens his mouth and vomits on org. As he is doing so you all gape in horror as a wad of huge worms begin to force their way out of the mans mouth and move down to org.

I grab Pandar's silenced gun and shoot the worm. If it isn't silenced, I put the silencer on.
