General Quarters

I think there should be a way to sound General Quarters. All militaries have some equivalent to this. By sounding this alarm you could inform your dwarves that battle is coming. It would automatically put all off duty squads on duty to their posts and have all non-military units return to their bedroom.

I imagine a large stone device that resonates throughout the mountain for signalling GQ. Or perhaps less awesome would be a gong you could have your dwarves ring.

Either way, General Quarters would be really awesome.
