My opinion still stands that I prefer a sexy game over a violent game. I think it's the prudish conservatives in Congress that want to keep sex out of video games. To them I say "Fuck you elitist conservative bastards! Fuck you!"

And then I'd go back to playing a whore in Elona, possibly wearing some sexy armor combination. Or cybering on Furcadia once I have internet. Just because sex in games is more satisfying than violence.

Now, sex AND violence, can be done well, if in a certain format. If it's violent sex, then no thanks. If it's a drama game with sex scenes and violent fights, then hell yeah, I'd play that!

The balance between hentai and violence is what made Leaves a great visual novel for one. If all games intended for mature audiences can find a balance between sex and violence, when there are said places for either or, then they will be perfect.

So actually, in moderation and appropriate positioning, sex and violence can work pretty damn well to keep viewers glued to the boob tube when they are playing their favorite games.

How I like games with sexy characters that are HORRIBLY SCARY!

F.E.A.R. with an adult lady instead of the girl for example, maybe more agressive. Although that would take out the scaryness for having a little bloody girl in game XD

Dangerous, scary and sexy are good combinations.


EDIT: In videogames off course ;)
Real-life murders are a bit... too close for comfort.
