I think the dumbest thing I ever saw was the unhappy dwarf waiting for a meeting with my bed-ridden expedition leader. Just standing uselessly over the leader's bed. Then he had a tantrum and pounded the crap out the sleepy, wounded leader. Then went back to waiting for his meeting.

At that point I only had one useful dwarf left, out of four dwarves total. Good times.

Oh god, that's one of the most funniest scenarios I've read in a long time! Good god! I wish I had these things happen in my fortress.
