FIRE THE LAZER CANNONS

WHO SAID IT HAD TO MAKE SENSE.

You re-figure yourself so you can see and you look around for any signs of laser cannons.  You don't know how to operate a spaceship, but that won't stop you.  However trying to find the cannons does.

Map for a spaceship?  Poposterous.  This is the year 2659, everything is whatever was after digital.  That is, if you meant a paper map.

Find the map of the galaxy that is obviously drawn on a chalkboard somewhere on the ship.

You turn around and spot a huge green board.  Hmm...anyway you see that, "YOU ARE HERE."  is in big letters where you are.  You're somewhere near the center of this galaxy.  M31 it says.  It is sort of out of date.

It seem you can't.  You figure that the board is actually digital.  How old.  You press the zoom in button on the side.  8 TB processor?  Hah!  There is 3 solar systems near your location.

Really now?

You set the probes to sweeping.  Sliding over to auto-pilot button you press it showing fast speed.  You'll be there in ETA 5 minutes.  I don't think you are suppose to have a crew in this new age.  However this begs the question as to why you are here--oh wait I forgot you pressed the remote.

Go back to the previous posts.

>Turn on the robot.

Turning and spinning is what you do until you spot a glass cylinder attached to a wall over near the back.  There's a large red button near the robot which you think will activate it, however what do you think is wise?
