Yeah, that's a name that inspires terror. The enemy will read the letters Fluffy Bunny engraved on the tank's side and flee in terror!
Ooh, can we name it Lucky Bastard? That will guarantee we will get blown up in the first battle!

There's four tanks right now. Feel free to name them, otherwise I'll start to pick names.

Any idea what sort of posistion you'd like Kashyyk?

I still want one tank named Lucky Bastard, like Abrams 2.

Would you like a tranfer to the Lucky Bastard as well?
Abrams 2 is now known as Lucky Bastard.
Abrams 3 is now known as Fluffy Bunny.

I'm willing to take on Kashyyk with the glorious GLA.  I don't know what capacity.  Another strongman?  A radical cleric?  Although I might be better suited to that one.

The GLA probably doesn't have a definite enough command structure for specific ranks or authority to matter.  Having an overall commander and a lieutenant skullcracker is the typical way irregular forces work.

(Already working on it, I'm going to try to stay on top of the force sheets.)

“Another day. . . Another day without killing the hostiles. Another day we could be spotted. Another day this bloody hellhole could go completely to hell. Damnit. We’ve never had the initiative, and an armored force’s safety comes from movement. If they know where we are, they can smash us. What have you got for me Abramov?”

The communication officer responded, “Our old supply ship has been rotated out for the next one. A small bastard, it’s primarily supplies, but there’s a set of special forces for our use as well. Two sniper teams.”

“Get them on land, and tell the engineers to get working on a tank farm. I want sufficient fuel on hand. If at all possible.”

Uh...

"Another day this bloody hellhole could go completely to hell."

Hellhole is hellish yes?

Anyway, still having fun.

So I was thinking about the setup, in regards to the GLA force.  Here's the idea:  There was already a training camp here some years ago (hence the former commander, all the mothballed stuff hidden in the woods, and all the maps are lost), but it was effectively run out by Thaisnian authorities.  Then the government went to pot over a few months, and GLA regional leadership has sent a force back to unmothball the old base, establish a new hold in the area, and now get some operational experience in a few recruits.

(Explanation of the area makes sense to me Aqizzar. The hellish hellhole was cuaght and left in by myself, with the justification of when spending time in a hellhole, you may start to not notice verbal ticks such as that. It's also a habit of mine to do that.)

I call up the commander in Nixon's Revenge (number 1) and ask when we are going to move out, I hate all this waiting. then I see if our in the Freddie Boy (number 4) is up for poker when we get off duty.

((Don't take my quips too hard Strife.  It just sounded like saying "the explosive exploded".))

((I won't be able to write up any serious activity until later, but I need to know first - as the opposing commander, how proactive am I allowed to be with forces, versus your management of the game?  How will discovery and combat be resolved?  Or is this a wholly rhetorical game?))
