[40d9_linux] Artifact mug with picture of itself drawn on it

I can't stop wondering how it would look like... A mug with (a mug with (a mug with (...) drawn on it) drawn on it) drawn on it!

Yeah, that sort of thing happens pretty often with artifacts. It also happens with engravings, where dwarves engrave images of themselves engraving other images.

Or dwarves engraving images of themselves engraving images of other dwarves engraving images of themselves eating cheese.

What's to say the mug, listed above isn't just an image on another mug?!

At least it doesn't try to describe the image on the mug, otherwise it never get to the end.

First ten minutes of play I ate my loincloth and then got some limbs torn off by a super friendly rat. Thumbs up from me.

All that we see or seem is but a mug within a mug.

I've had this several times. My first artifact in any given fort usually has itself carved into it. Also gems carved into the shape of the type of gem they are. What was my jeweler doing that whole time?

He was obviously distilling it down to the very perfect essence of gem-ness.

cutting the gem excessively to make patterns of a gem in it
