Sophia is at a disadvantage, and has no power at this point in time.  And Past Sophia might as well be a god of the nightmare reality Sophia finds herself in.  She's the admin of the world.

Help? Well one is coming who might just be able to provide that. Hold out long enough, and either The Scavenger or Gleejoy will arrive. This is Sophia's prison, not theirs. Their powers might not be limited. The trick? Holding out long enough for them to arrive.

So for now? Run. Run like you have never run before Sophia. This place must have a boundary somewhere, and the closer you come to it the closer you are to aid.
