:<I am slightly overemotional and dramatic, though I try not to show it to others.  I do not talk a lot to my peers, as I can't think of anything to say.  I am an introvert, and don't have many friends; I wish I could act freely, yet am fearful when the opportunity comes.  People see me as a student, an artist, or a scientist, but I know that I am none of these.  My actions do not reflect my desires, and I cannot seem to figure out what those desires are.  I hate insincerety, and shallowness.  Most of all, I hate how I am not unique, and I fear my insignificance.

I think it doesn't. Trying to suck up to Alice is not going to make her more friendly; indeed, it will probably make her less friendly. I do agree that Alice is probably important; she had ties with him too, making her important.
We should try to break the year-long ice with a non-standard line of conversation; Angels!

maxicaxi is actually the most correct, here.  Sophia's not about to do what you guys say.  Commands like "Talk to..." will be reinterpreted as "Think about..."  She won't suddenly start trying to be nice to someone who has been tormenting her for a year due to a crime she didn't commit.  However, the more emotionly vunerable or confused she is, the more control you all will have.  At breaking point, you may achieve total possession.  The Scavenger was already long past that point when you first met him.
