My next goal in Dwarf Fortress

I have yet to find lava yet, though.
BUT I WILL KEEP ON CHUGGING ALONG

How to:

Get room, say, 10x7. (Dining hall made of lava!) So, seventy (70) tiles. Install every piece of furniture you want.

Make magma cistern with amount of tiles of the room divided by seven. In this case, ten (10). Separate cistern and room by one (1) tile. Install floodgate. Link to lever. Dig to magma pipe on other side of cistern. Install floodgate on other side of cistern and link. Fill cistern with magma, close floodgate on other side, open floodgate on room side, and voila; you now have a dining hall with a floor of 1/7 magma. To prevent evaporating, make cistern twice the size and have a floor of 2/7 magma.
