Militaristic - Your city builds soldiers twice as better, allows special structures, and enhanced damage for your soldiers and buildings.
Industrial - Structures such as farms, factories, and such give 2x more output, including vehicle production, and allows special structures.
Naturistic - Your city gains twice as much happiness, as long as you don't have any structure that causes pollution, such as factories, and such.
Neutral - Your city has no special abilities, but you unlock special structures for only neutral people.
Pacifist - As long as you do not deal with war, you gain twice as much happiness.
Cult - Semi-religious and militaristic, your city gains the +15 happiness from Religious, and building twice as much faster from Militaristic, and also gain special structures depending on your alignment.
Area of specialties are things that describe what your city is good at. From having vehicles to soldiers. Choosing one shall give you a advantage in that area. Can allow special structures and some abilities.
Vehicles : Vehicles is your specialty. They gain enhanced damage, speed, and armor, as well as you unlock special weapons and vehicles.
Infantry : Infantry is your specialty. They gain enhanced damage and abilities, as well as special infantry.
Structures : Structures are your specialty. They gain enhanced HP, as well as unlocking special buildings and architecture.
Massing : Known as zerg rushing, All your infantry and vehicles are replaced by lower cost and fast building units, but they are weaker, thus encouraging to make huge armies.
Powering : Opposite of massing, your units are replaced by high costing units that are effectively really strong.
Food : Food is your specialty. Structures and food sources give you twice as much food output.
Money : Money is your specialty. Gain special structures, as well as extra money from taxes and such.
Technology : Technology is your specialty. Research labs research things twice as fast, and adds additional structures.
