If you can convince the GM, you're home free. Say a played manages to grow a set of enormously powerful teeth and manages to, I don't know, alter his body so that he can digest anything, then sure they could eat a wall, after a fashion. It's your call really, but use 'if they convince me, fine' mantra as a basis.

All right.

So Frelock. How do you plan on making this zombie minion?

Eh. That doesn't mitigate the fact that you're trying to summon zombies without any sort of knowledge or skill in how to do so.

I search far and wide for a physician or cleric or healer of any kind to fix my broken arms that I have conveniently been ignoring until now.

Actually, that said, it was always my thinking that a 5 would get you a basic pass if you try and do something you have no training for and a 6 will also get you a basic pass with the added bonus of fucking sucking for you and the people around you, sir!

Forgot about that, sorry.

Oh, but I do have the knowledge.  And the skill.

Powers:regeneration ability

I'm hoping to improve it, though.  Also, necromancy is magic, so the PCP staff will help as well.

Plus, I look like Cthulhu; raising unspeakable horrors is what I do.

I would argue that if a player can't learn a skill by performing it on-the-fly, and can only learn by I don't know, reading about them or something, isn't that a bit unfair? I mean, if you can't learn necromacy by performing it while you were fighting what do you do instead? Find a book? Ask someone who already knows how? For those you'd require a town or city. I don't know, it doesn't seem very logical.

Throw a pie at Binky's face then use invisibility and run towards town.

You would learn, say, necromancy, by resurrecting mice or things.

However, Frelock already has regen, so he can resurrect dudes.
Also because Jack said so. So I guess you can do anything you want, but you only succeed with a 5 or 6.

In that case, I will magnetize Binky's armour.

For that viciously bad pun, I'm gonna introduce a NPC named Vlynndar just so that I can kill him of in a cruel and unusual way.

I'll try running for the town again, when I arrive, head to the blacksmith and grab, weapons, clothes and armour.
