Oh you bastard. I know you'd never understand, but that arm was a friend to me. A friend.

Also I planned to use him as as Deus Ex Machina.

Not that I'm angry or whatever.

I create an illusionary A-Bomb blast high above the town.

Just for kicks.

The arm died? But... he was practically a mascot at this point...

Nothing will get under your nails where you're going, buddy. May you get the chance to strangle god. *salutes the arm*

I step away from the sword and cast healing on me to stop the bleeding.
I use my yuri mind control powers to sway the mind of Lord Jabu Jabu and get him to tell me where the boss is.
Ride out to the elven retreat on Peter!  The elves shall know my wrath!

They see your shadow or something. An elf spills paint on you. These elves can see invisible people.

Use lightning powers to mold my body into a more human-esque form.

Uh.
Pretty sure that's an immense penalty, if not an auto-fail.

Unless you can describe a feasible way to strike yourself with lightning and make yourself human out of it. Without killing yourself dozens of times over.

Well, I'm a mannequin right now, not a person. It's not like I have organs to fry. I also have refined lightning control, so I figured I could use it as a supernatural chisel of sorts, and just chip away at myself to mold the form into a more human-ish shape, to remove the charisma penalty.

Mannequins are human-looking. It's just that they're plastic and staring and smiling and creepy.
