Naming options
« on: April 08, 2009, 11:14:49 pm »

Having browsed through the naming choices for the Front and Rear compounds, I noticed two words.

Fondled is in the Front section,

and conveniently Balls is in the Rear section.

This fortress WILL BE GREAT.

You can always add an "Of Something" like Hate, or Pain.

Lobsterfork.

Seriously though, why can't I find beard on that list? You'd think dwarfs would have a name for it.

you should know that the dwarf organ known as a "beard" by you humans has many other names among dwarves, even euphemisms and "pet names"

medically it is our "lŒnemlek" or "durad" for short.

a dwarf will commonly refer to his beard as his "Dave" or "Howard" and never ever as "Nate."

Yes it does.

Agreed.

I also agree. Skelodwarf gets 500 comedy points.

I like just Fondled Balls. Adding something past that seems like it would detract from the name overall, since the added part could never be as good as Fondled Balls.
