Oh, really?

I put 16 points from Agility to Endurance, giving me another 10. Bwahaha!

2x agility would be kinda low, since not much people invested in it.
It's Endurance + Agility, If Agility is lower than 40, you gain extra 10.
I think you should balance it more so you cant relocate one point from agility to gain extra AP. I would rather say that your agility is counted as atleast 25-30 when calculating AP.

Yes, just impose a lower limit on AP. Have it be Endurance+Agility, but never below 40, for example.

Maybe Agi+End/2 instead, so you can't do what Siquo and I immediately did?

Braaaains (Agi+End with a lower limit is best)
Also, I'd love to see Braaaaaains try and fight me with charisma, I know nothing of charisma!  It would be funny as hell haha
Braaains? (say what?)
BRAAAINS. (I'll pwn your ass)

Wouldn't matter, it's the +10 that counts. Sean's solution is the best, that there is a minimum number of AP.

Btw, what the hell are Cans? Food or money? If the former, why does John Aaron have 100 of them? If the latter or both and it's the effect of Retired Fortune, then why doesn't Phoebos have 100 as well?

I'm going out on a limb here, but perhaps cans are a type of currency?

Typo?  It is one repeated key.  Maybe John Aaron is supposed to have 10 too.

Yeah, now I noticed B-Nizzle also has 100 of them. Which means it's definetly a form of currency and having 100 of them is the Retired Fortune trait at work. But since they're "cans", I can only ask "cans of what?". In a postapocalyptic setting (which this seems to be), no kind of money would hold value, but canned food would still be useful and valuable. Which then means we once again didn't get all information - the "Retired Fortune" wouldn't just mean more money, it'd mean quite a lot more food without the need to buy said food afterwards.

Alternative theorem - the only real difference between Phoebos and Aaron is the race. Perhaps cans of food is the currency of the Survivors? It surely wouldn't be that way for the cleaner squads, not initially at least. Then it means that is yet another fact we didn' know about when preparing the characters.

I think this is a parody of Fallout, which uses bottle caps as currency.

Yes, Cans are the spinoff currency of Fallout 3, which are crushed cans from a company you have no idea, since it's crushed so you can't read it.

Also, VERY Soon, will this game start, as I'm finishing up the map and details now.

Also, I'll impose the limit of AP, and no more changing >:[

No change, just a small thing (for Drago): when I said Armored Suit I actually meant the entire heavy armor pack.

Something I noticed... not a nitpick, just a funny observation. Laser weapons use up one battery per shot...  do they eject spent batteries? :D

I even imagined a bolt-action laser rifle... :P
