Now, suppose I made the SoF their own civilization. Could I force all SoF ambushers and siegers to spawn with adamantine plate armor?

Hmmm, in Item_food.txt, what does the "level" of the food mean?

How many food bits get made into a meal in the kitchen, as far as I know 4 is the limit. I have no idea what multiple entries for same level would do.

To stop people from using the obvious "hole up underground and survive off plump helmets" strategy for survival, I've removed all forms of subterranean plant.

For more hurt, I've also removed any functionality the kitchen has. God I hate the kitchen.

My old nemesis is back! and by that, I mean I can't get the orcs (or any of the other civs) to spawn in world creation.

Here's the code I'm using,

Ok guys, I'm TOTALLY confused right now. Here's the deal, I gave every single creature (minus fish and such) FIXED_TEMP:250000.

Everything around them SHOULD be bursting into flames, but it's not, and that's why I'm confused. Temperature is on and everything.

Look through the fire/magma man code.

Also, go and check out the zombie survival mod if you don't want to limit yourself to simply dwarves. It's kinda hard, as each zombie's bite can leave one of your peeps permanently paralysed.
