That's some odd logic. So, if we manage to deduce who the lynch-seeker is, and unanimously to not lynch him ever, and all the killers/aliens are dead, then the town wins?

Yeah, pretty much. Or you could decide to not lynch anybody ever, and since all the killers/aliens are dead, the town would win.

Lynchs aren't mandatory in this game after all.

I believe the Agent in this game can only detect whether someone is human or not. Not what role they have.

I never thought of having the Agent check dead people to see if they are Alien or Human. Okay. I'll let the Agent be able to do that then.
