They just don't make bears like they used to.

It wasn't killed by the carp, it was killed by a sturgeon.

Sturgeon are bigger than black bears (in game).

You be the judge.

new game? dont they just release every game exactly the same on the DS?
Nope.  The third game in any Pokemon trilogy generally contains massive re-balancing to make certain parts more playable, but still a challenge.  Sometimes they change the elite four members.  They also have more features.

Alternately: The Brick Testament. It's a really fun look at what the bible would look like if interpreted literally. With Legos.
Just so I remember

o for the love of god....so they are making it easier and changing which people you fight?

maybe if they would, after every release, show the game changing like construction work, new paths, new tech, and have the history of it changing then i might play it. would definatly make the game better

There's  supposed to be an entirely different climax to the storyline portion.  You know, where you go up the mountain.  It also has a wi-fi option similar to the union room, something D&P didn't.  And not easier.

Emerald was definitely not easier than sapphire.

rush in regardless. Keep making adventurers and send them in!

Rather than having them directly force you to mine adamantine, I would suggest that they give you strange moods that require adamantine. "Dig out the adamantine or Urist here goes insane and dies" is suitably vicious.

(It occurs to me that you can probably get "Lovecraft" as the random name of your fortress. That's when you know you're screwed.)

Pah, if you train your adventurer up high enough, like mine was, it can kill anything. I just jumped into the river. I swear, I had to ambush the carps, because they'd just swim away in fear. If I got a few, I'd cut them up with my sword. While swimming.

Dwarves are amazing.

So, just swim over there and cut them to pieces! If your shield skill is high enough you'll block every attack anyway. And then you counterattack for massive damage!

Heh. What are you going to do with an adventure with just a right upper arm?

And thus did the dream of dwarven antigravity fade away, not with a massive explosion or a flood of magma, but with a whimper.

I'm going to be depressed all day now.
