I don't know if this is one-in-a-million or not but during my first experience with  HFS:

What kind, do you remember? Or was it the leader of the pack?

Had an amusing moment recently, when my then-current mayor got voted out of office. Per my standard procedure, I went to evict him from the official mayor's quarters, and only then discovered/realized that he had lost the vote to his own wife. I imagine the pillow-talk was awkward that night.

I've got a 1 in a million Titan (Modded their size up).  Just spawned a 10,000 year world, and looking at the Legends I find him.  ALL I did to Titans was up their size to about 200 or so, if I remember.  Enough to give them a good shot.

Well, I'll let the picture do the talking.  Took me about 7 minutes to scroll all the way to the bottom using pgdn.

Looking it up, my Titan was killed by a simple Dwarven female jeweler/farmer named Bomrek Salvehand, who decided to become an adventurer on her own.  He was her only kill.  She lived to die of old age on 68 years later.  Her husband, also named Bomrek, survived as a guard for a few years more than her.

Gotta love how nobodies become legends when the luck of a Megabeast runs outs.

As an interesting fact: both of them worshiped the Titan in question.

Yep.  Can't imagine a more Dwarvy end for that situation, except if Bomrek were on fire, and if they weren't descended from Goblin hostages.

i dunno, the goblinness kinda makes it sound all the more cooler. think about it, they grow up all goblin-y, thinking everything is normal. eventualy they learn they are/were slaves for a race that is the enemy of their own. end up going on an epic quest to defeat the very god of their once masters in an epic battle of revenge for the slavery!

I had some ramps being dug out to the surface for an aboveground farm, and I forgot to deforest the surface. Miner drops a tree on himself, continues to punch through maybe four layers, collecting my mason on the way, before landing in my MAGMA PIPE.

It is times like these that make you wish that magma had pressure...

Nope they where on the highest point of the map in a wardrobe (my King had his own tower, all fancy and stuff) they took em, ran off, meet my military halfway down the tower and then there was fun and flying pants + monkeys + all dwarfs that try to evade.

I just had an entire Orc siege about 50 strong decimated by my Woodcutter and his 40 Ledgendary War Troglodytes, this isn't actually that surprising because those bastards destroy everything, what is pretty incredible is that every single Orc was neatly decapitated and suffered no other injuries.

The Trogs just swept over the Orc invasion leaving headless corpses lying on the ground behind them; the heads were punted about 20 squares north and splatted all over the forest.

If i'd known that was going to happen i would have recorded it :\
