Vladmier scans for threats on rooftops (um, what do you mean by that? Just look on rooftops to see if there is any threat?)

It does mean that this team will likely be spilt up, meaning, well, this thread is going to be inactive while your PM boxes will be, um, full.

9:55--In the car, Mr. President, Little, and Pandarsenic arrives to the Hospital, where there is lots of traffic, with people going in and out, including some suspicious people wearing green armbands. The only thing of interest seems to be a battle that has just begun between Emperor_Johnatan and Cheeetar and two people wearing green armbands. The two people wearing green armbands has yelled, "It's been a trap! Secure the Hospital! Deliver the package! LONG LIVE EARTH!" The rest of the people wearing green armbands rushed into the Hospital.

Vladmier is nowhere to be seen.

I approach the battle between Cheeetar and Emperor_Jonathan, weapon drawn, and demand a they halt and explain themselves.

"What the hell are you on? These people are shooting at us. It's obvious that the package would probably a bomb of some sort, and thus they are here to blow up the hospital.
