Oy, pandarsenic, we've already got a sniper (me).  You character sheet is identical to mine, save I went with a sniper rifle and perception, rather than a normal rifle and agility.

My guy isn't a sniper, though - sniper would be more of a stationary role. Mine instead would be a sort of mid-range mobile harassment role, closer to a designated marksman than a sniper.

Possibly.  I think what he means involves spotting gear, though, like binoculars.

It can also mean you travel around, point out officers, and then see if you can stab them before he shoots them. <_<
