"May I ask the nature of your request?"

Strife's right hand goes into his pocket.

[Duke 2.0]

 At first duke did not move, as he was too shocked from the sudden change in seriousness. Then he started to reach behind himself for Inaluct, for he was the one who crafted the escape plan. His greatest problem was resisting the urge to grab the revolver from the inside of his open flak vest. He was somewhat unskilled in it's use, and only stumbled upon the thing the other day.

[inaluct]

Inaluct stepped to the head of the group.

"Pardon me, but who exactly are you, and why do you want to speak to us?"

[Strife26]

"It won't be an us. It'll be a who."

[Little]

Little steps forward, her grin growing slightly wider. Her hand drops the the concealed handle of the knife.

"Is there a problem? My friends and I were about to go have a bite to eat, albeit it being rather early afternoon."

Little rapidly thinks, "If their here to arrest me for the shit in France, or the murder, this is about to get so much more entertaining!"

[Luke_Prowler]

Luke noticed that most of the people had already reached for their weapons. At the moment, he didn't have any weapons that could be uses. he had a lighter that looked like a Handcannon, but he wanted to save that for later.

"You don't actually have to follow me. Just get away from the building and find cover fast."  But before Luke can run off on his own like his pants are on fire (which might happen if he didn't move quickly), he had to ask a quick question "Which one of you is Strife?"

[inaluct]

"I am," said Inaluct, stepping forward.

INNER THOUGHTS: Play along... Come on...

[Strife26]

"Incorrect. I am Strife. My card."

Strife takes a step foward and pulls out a buisness card.

[Little]

Little draws out her knife slowly, keeping it at waist-level, "Ahem, we should not be running from anything, anything should be running from me. Not to mention the rest of us. What are we supposed to be running from?"

[inaluct]

Inaluct covers his face with his hands and steps into the back of the group.

[Strife26]

"I rather that there wouldn't be bloodshed right now."

Strife turns around and faces his party.

"Do stand down, I'll come catch up"

[Little]

Little sighs, then returns the knife to underneath her jacket.

[Strife26]

Turns back to Luke.

"Well then, where shall we be going today?"

[Luke_Prowler]

"Yah, lets go. I'd rather not be here when the fireworks go off"

Luke turned around and started to head towards the van. hopefully the other two already left to upholt their end of the mission.

[Strife26]

"No cuffs?"

Is this the right time for gallows humor?

Strife raises one hand behind him as he walks to the van.

"Toodles all."
