Wherein I periodically post crap I've been working on. Maybe having a thread will motivate me to do more projects.

Some thumbnails to practice texturing/brushwork:



The moon was pretty much ripped straight from a background from Samurai Jack because I wanted to see if I could mimic it.

 Nah, they are cool. I like this style, which is somewhat simple yet interesting. Simplicity always gets me.
 What program do you make these in?

 I recently 'acquired' Photoshop myself, so I'll see how I can mimic this. Very nice.

My first try at photoshop with touchpad on my laptop :).

This one is called crash site (escape shuttle crash-landed on an unknown planet; survivors were considered "demons" and executed by natives :)):

They're good, moon dosn't make much sense in the first picture but who cares? (Besides astrologists) Unless of course that's an eclipse of the moon, than it makes perfect sense. Than again, I've never heard of a moon being eclipsed but like I said, who cares? It's art.
