If by sick music you mean 'Jesus Christ what am I listening to" and by play dwarf fortress to you mean 'Holy hell dahaha blood for the blood god, back to playing!" then yes, this is very sick music.

I just wanted to say that whenever someone says "sick tunes"... I'm not likely to enjoy their taste in music. ;)
