No orcs at all is more appropriate to the setting.  Fantasy goblins maybe, but they aren't ruled by demons and don't kidnap/adopt elves and dwarves as their own.

Ah... the gristly beauty of Warhammer 40k: the one thing in this universe that can take anything, anywhere and redeem it no matter how fetid and worthless it might be. Even fanfiction. To add it to something already as ridiculously glorious as Dwarf Fortress puts us in danger of creating a second Eye of Chaos through sheer density of awesomeness.

Urge to mod in squiggs growing. Can't... stop... self...
