Bushes sometimes won't have leaves I think...  but this is just bizarre.  These graphics and sound bugs are such a pest...  like getting up at 2 when you went to bed at 8.  14-8=6.  6 is not enough.  Well, at least you guys have the wog game now.  It will be a warm and fuzzy holiday season at your house in its tender yet protective mucousy arms.

How fast is Armok going, anyway?  What are the slowest parts, and how slow are they?

Oh -- about that PGDN bug in LCS...  I put up a new version.  It was only recognizing the PGDN on the number pad.  Most of my games tend to assume familiarity with the number pad, since I grew up on it.

Usually its going alright... forme sometimes it slows down when Im walking on a very differt tile... the one path looks all brown and rocky... then you can see the line dividing it from the green.... and when you walk on the green from the brown it kinda slows down...
Also when I abuse the travel map......

The different "zones" take forever to load for me, and I even get 60 fps on the full detail setting!  Its crazy...

Only 60 fps, I feel sorry for you, the other after that are great!

Rexaner: I don't have a problem with you or your ideas, I just think you should have put them in a different thread.

I was able to get leaves once, when I tried Full Screen Mode, this screwed up the colors of most everything, but I did see leaves for a while, then there weren't any anymore.

Possibly a bug?
This only happened twice to meh so far...
but when Im using the Travel mode for a while... and then switch to the map "M" sometimes to game crashes for meh with no warning or anything.... well it kinda freezes first.. then it crashes and I have a nice zoom/close up look at my desktop.. 8(
I just start the game up again and exit it to get rid of it...

Denim Sk8r : Yeah, I said sorry bout that... got caught up in the whole making a new game thing.... heh... I dont have a problem with anyone... Its really hard for meh to get annoyed or angry.. Im not challenging anyone right now... either! so dont try and annoy meh... that would just beh mean..  8(
I forget where I was going with this...
Oh well...

im gonna test it well...anyway it looks good...in a few time you will have your manual :-)

The first time it crashed...i think this is because of a memory problem..i tried removing the 3d modls in the init file and it works...anyway,i just gave a "gaze"...im gonna test it accurately and tell you what i think of it tomorrow...

Hey, I arrived safely up here at my parents' place outside of Seattle.  Bugs bugs bugs...  the memory problem I can understand.  How much memory do you have?  I can add an extra in-between model option so that you can have trees -- they'll just look the same.  The individualized trees eat up a lot of memory.

Man, I stayed up like 48 hours with 3 hours of sleep writing Star Zoo, and it hasn't broken the 5 download mark yet.  He he he.  I mean, it sucks, but still...

I can't wait to get back and start the magic release.  That'll be a lot of fun -- this last release was fairly boring to write.

Well, the new Armok runs quite well on my computer, with all leaves and ground coverings and whatnot showing as they should.

Have you considered that the lack of leaves and similar wierdnesses could be a combination of graphics drivers + hardware? (This computer's got a geforce2 mx and the latest nvidia drivers, on winXP home)

The universe seems a little sparsely populated.. I managed to find a rabbit and slice it up, but its corpse proved too heavy for me to lift.

The 'select creature' bit gave me the opportunity to play as 'grass'...

And I'm wondering about the potency of deities in these universes...

Well... them gods are quite weird sometimes. Have you ever noticed that the gods are arrogant powercrazy idiots that have a special liking to either editing your posts or cursing you in the beginning of the game.

And Kurtulmak, if you wish to insult me, do it in a new post. Do not edit mine cuz that is cowardly, and you do not wish to give kobolds a bad rep?

I dont think anything he could do would give kobolds a worse reputation!  They're the universally worthless fantasy creature afterall...
