We interred Zasit in his memorial today.. It's the 20th.. I wept when I saw how the other dwarves picked his body clean and just stored it away... I've enlisted in the militiary and I'm to wear Zasit's gear... I'll make you proud my friend. I shall fight as thirty lions!

We have lowered the bridge. It is the 23rd of Opal, and the orc siege rushes to our traps. It will be a glorious day to fight...

Post Script: Oh, how right I was! It was a joy to kill the three orcs that I killed, therapuetic. The cages caught nine orcs, the spikes killed 5, and we killed about 6 between us. We're going to hook the cages up to a lever so that I can fight the caged orcs.

I look fully forward to slaying these orcs. Today, the 27th, marks two more deaths. We thought the siege broken, but a fleeing orc turned round to stab one of our engineers, and her babe, my apprentice. I shall turn these filthy scum into a thousand chunky pieces!!!

24th of Obsidian, late winter! My term is just as well done. I.. I made a decision. I'm not a fighter. I can do more good for our people by tending the stocks and trading with merchants, by plying the furnaces and smithing metals, by coercing bountiful harvest from the rich soil. I wish not to take part in the wars we're in.. I'll not smith arms, nor shall I smith armour. I shall not fight. What does this fighting accomplish? Will we war til our race dies out? Why not just stick to our hills and tunnels..

It is the 1st of spring and all is well to pass on to my friend Hearty. I've got the spike traps raised, the waterfall running, and notes placed on all the levers so he doesn't fuck us over. May all things go well in his rule.

((How exactly do I upload to the DFFD?))

((Also yes, dieing is bad.))

Ok, this is what you do.

1. Package the whole thing as a Win Raw. Right click on it and click add to archive.
2. Upload on a upload site. Or you could use http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/smf/index.php. And click on the file hosting button.
3. Pm the file.

Or you can just sign up for an account on the link I put in the first page.  A zip should be sufficient, but winrar may be necessary.

Alternately: The Brick Testament. It's a really fun look at what the bible would look like if interpreted literally. With Legos.
Just so I remember

I have troubles with Winrar on my computer, so let's hope that a .zip works. To package it as a .zip, do I just change the end directory thing and it'll do it automatically, or what? I'm not exactly 'tech savvy'.

Also, updated the map for the end of my term: http://mkv25.net/dfma/map-5205#lastComment

Right click folder - zip file, I think.  After downloading winrar, I have to go through winrar to see zips, so I'm not entirely  sure anymore.
