I certainly do. Infinite magma and a divine portal gun is enough for war.

For the record, I think warfare can be defined as "A large scale armed conflict between two political parties." Thus, you have one device for war, not the many needed for true war!

Currently the only thing for War is the 2AP action Raise Army which needs Intelligent creatures, i.e. sentient creatures. To do this you must have at least a thriving civilisation of sentient creatures created from the 2AP action Create Populace, and it only adds 1CR. 4AP for 1CR. One army per turn. Even then, if you use Raise Army it can be countered using 3AP.

@Dragooble, so does pretty much everyone else. A plane of existence can only be closed using 1AP, so if you're not quick enough or you forget it doesn't matter.

You can start with DR6, the only people who are better are the people who evolved and have +1AP, and the one who raised his DR to DR7.
