I misspoke. I didn't mean to say they got to choose. I meant that those three possibilities were the only ones.

They are choosing - albeit unconsciously, ('those that love strife go to velik etc) who would get first precedent if one mortal loved to make strife and war? Other than it's a fine plan. Other than I want to judge all who die in battle. I would not want a mortal who was terrible at war yet love it to be let into Valhalla!

That was worded poorly. Perhaps it was better to simply say those who were evil. Usaria basically wants to shelter the souls of good people who don't live for fighting.

Those who don't live for fighting will not be chosen. They'll weaken the shield wall. It is better to have a small amount of excellent troops than a large amount of crappy troops.

Then we don't have any conflict. Chances are, those who live for battle will not find peace despite Usaria's best efforts.

I'm fairly sure that you are going to have to create the Paladin class as a concept before creating the organisation.

Yep. Create org is for prestige classes.

I read the rules wrong, sorry. Create Organisation can create a prestige class (in this case Paladin) as well as the organisation that goes with it. Sorry!

Paladin is not a prestige class. I'm honestly fine with treating it like one, though. It's not like that would be unbalancing.
