Because avatars are you. They have no personalities, no souls, they are just a husk for you to inhabit. I wanted more than that. I wanted the king of my people to not just be an empty shell for a god, I wanted him to be like a god. To exist without the fear or being wiped away by another god with a bat of an eyelid.

Yeah. That could still happen.

Anyway:

I want to create a huge mount for Wayock, but I want to have it add +1 to my CR, since you know. Cavalry in a battle can help. So, would the action be create artifact or create populous (there would be only one).

Yeah, I'd say artifact, since there is only one of them and its supposed to be directly used by the god in combat.

Considering introducing a new action, one from the first LoC.

Create Exarch - 3 AP

An exarch is a unique creature with divine powers. They are immortal, and cannot be killed without their creator's consent. They are for all purposes treated as a combat artifact for increasing CR, including the limit on the number of Combat Artifacts you use in battle.

Grek, how the hell can you raise-divine-rank TWICE in a single turn? You need to do 4 actions between each divine rank. Correct me if I am wrong.
