This isn't really a good idea. What will happen is you use the armies to kick Rhuax's butt once and then you have no armies. You should be aiming for combat arties instead. Those will last longer.

Garish and Rhaux want to wage War upon the world. Before they had Wayock and (maybe) Velik for allies, however Rhaux cause collateral damage and alienated Wayock and Velik, their support is not certain.

Most of the others have retreated from the material realm, however they plan to strike back.
