There isn't a Change domain. If you go with the Law Domain, you get Summon Monster IX(Lawful summons only)  Dictum, Hold Monster, and Magic Circle against Chaos as SLAs.

Note that you also get anything on your class spells lists as an SLA. Wish as an atwill SLA is exactly as ridiculous as it sounds.

The only reason why none of us are using those spells is because as soon as we do, the game would colaspe into a lava-lamp of crazy just like DnD does if you gate in a Solar.

No, he's already has 2 Evolve Physically, the max for his deity status (Lesser God.) He also certainly couldn't be in the next status, since I'm the closest to it.
