Had I read the comments, THE VERY FIRST ONE says that's it's 'Hunter's Chance' from FF9.

I EVEN READ THAT COMMENT EARLIER

Yep something like that...it also sounds like a modified version of one of the soundtracks from Conan the Barbarian.
