I'd like to think that I'm a good person, but I know several people who would argue that point. I'd like to say that I'm not violent or distructive or that I hate the sight of blood, but again I know several people who would argue that point. I say I'm an angel, the same people say I'm the angel of death.

So this is who I really am. I am evil incarnate. I am a violent and distructive woman who loves the sight of blood.

And yeah....I enjoy every minute of it.

Oh yeah, you're a Bad Girl aren't you? Doing whatever you want to whoever you want.

You don't just torture your fellow man, you dominate him!

Becareful who you hurt though angel, cause some guys like being hurt!

Rowr!

I know  ;D

I'm not a complete terror...I can be good on occasion. *looks around for her halo*

Edited to fix spelling. -_-

With the polygamy/monogamy example, it would appear that the level of equality or inequality in a society strongly affects how mating goes. If things are fairly economically equal, it's usually monogamy that predominates, with some exceptions, like in the West - most people are monogamous (including serial monogamy) but a few very successful alpha males have a number of lovers, or a wife and a mistress, and so on. Whereas in a society with much inequality, it's more advantageous for women to be second or third wives of the men who have the resources, instead of first wives of broke peasants, hence you see polygamy. Things get more complicated when one system or the other gets codified into religion, of course, or declared evil - but that's what basically goes on, even if it's outside the law or social norms.
Of course, when you look at something like Things Fall Apart, you have to wonder if polygamy really improves a situation like that, or if there's just some much older reason, like a simple shortage of males at some point in history.

Evil? Extent? My evil knows no extent! It's my attention span that has an extent.

Oh I don't think polygamy is a solution or anything like that; it's just what tends to happen when there's a lot of inequality economically.

I could easily take the life of someone who broke into my house. And back to the trolley problem a few pages back, I'll tell you guys the correct answer! Ya gotta let the trolley kill all five people, then steal their wallets.  ;D

But besides that, I think I could kill someone I didn't know for a nice chunk of money. Maybe I am evil, but, I also *do* like money.  ;D

That happens everywhere(economic inequality, not poligamy  ;)).  There used to be no middle class in America, yet there was no polygamy.  At least, not any widespread polygamy, and a lot of it was probably illegal.

Well, like I said - "polygamy" doesn't always have to correspond with legal marriage. A rich guy with a wife and a couple mistresses qualifies. It relates more to sexual pair bonding than Judeo-Christian/legal marriage.

I'm apparently such a good person that if I stand still for long periods of time, Kittens begin congregating around me.

One time I left the door to my room unlocked overnight, I almost suffocated.

Yummy.

Heh. I could kill a human, but not an animal. (Except when hunting or fishing)
Because the animal is more pure and good than any human, and actually fits in with nature.

Animals have my eternal respect, humans have yet to earn it.

You don't hunt kittens, dogs or tigers in Canada, as far as I know.

I'd shoot someone breaking into my house with little hesitation.

So... every animal except kittens, dogs, or tigers are free to be hunted then? Is there a list of huntability somewhere based on an animal's goodness?

Foxes are evil, so we can hunt those.
Pheasants want to enslave humanity, so those are free game.
Chimpanzees are great, child-loving supermoms, so no shooting those.
Turtles are kindred souls, so no killing them.
Wolves are monstrous animals who eat babies, so skin them alive.
Ducks are devious and cruel monstrosities which give our children nightmares, so blow them skyhigh.

It's funny because you say you love animals except when it comes time to kill them. What a great way to live. I love all humans too! Except when exploiting them of course. It's also funny how you kill the things that you love, but those that you despise, you let live.

Hehehe, no, I was just stating that unless I am hunting I love and respect most animals.
Just because you respect and love them doesn't mean you can't eat them.
It's all part of the cycle of nature, and I see no problem in taking part of it.
