A zombie secretary stamps 'DENIED' on your forehead. All the zombies avoid you. You live a sad and lonely life in the newly zombified world, the only living human on the planet, until you die of old age or suicide.

The only others left alive, as stated above, are the zombies. You eat them and become a zombie, thereby losing.

Um... the dead others obviously. According to zombie design, zombies require flesh to survive. I'd only have to survive for about 30 days after the other survivors are eaten. Since I can easily raid stores and other food sources, I could possibly outlive them.

You could raid stores except for the zombies crowded in front of them, crowds so thick  not even you with zombie immunity could shove through them.

Also, the dead survivors are infected even if it didn't cause resurrection.

According to zombie design, zombies require flesh to survive.

Zombies engage in cannabilism in order to survive, eating the flesh of their fellow zeds. Since zeds live forever, they can survive being eaten. Further, it is possible zombies may learn how to domestic animals such as cows and cats, from which they can farm.

The result would be that the Zombies would be able to live prepetually. You will have to deal with the zombie threat...yourself.
