You decide that you don't have much time left, so you decide to search quickly, starting with the dead guy first.

You pat him down all over gingerly, since he is missing his entire throat after all, and as luck would have it you find 2 keys! You try both on the gun but no dice. One looks like a car key and the other, you have no idea. Possibly for the store room. Other than that, you find nothing useful.

You check quickly under the counter this time, running your hands along it so not to miss too much. You're one lucky bastard, you find another key behind a few glasses, and upon trying it on the gun lock it opens with a click.

"YES!"

You throw the lock away and break the shotgun open. You pull the shells out of your backpack and put all of them in your jacket pockets for quick retrieval. You stand and load the shotgun and snap it shut again. Upon closer inspection, the weapon has two triggers instead of one, one for each barrel. You pull the hammers back and smile at the weight in your hands. This will pack a punch.

You then think to check for lighters, but find none in 30 seconds and decide that enough time was wasted looking. You lean the shotgun against the wall and take 2 more bottles out from the cabinet and smash them onto the bar top. You repeat this once more and take a fifth bottle out and rip the shirt off the dead guy. You drizzle a fair amount of alcohol on the shirt and you place the shirt on the counter and grab your shotgun. You drizzle alcohol behind you as you walk to the backdoor and upon reaching it, throw the bottle upon the ground. You run back over to grab the shirt and run back since the zombies are almost inside now. Searching your pockets for the flint, you find it and start striking it against the knife over the shirt.

You tuck both items away again and grabbing your shotgun once more you toss the shirt into the puddle of alcohol and run out the back. You kick the door open and look both ways to check for trouble. Seeing none, you take one last look behind you and see the tongue of flame just reaching the counter. You slam the door shut run back further into the alley with your gun up. You hear the zombies finally break through the front door.

Jake pulls his knife and hatchet out, ready to attack any zombies that make it over the wall. Asa pulls his cleaver out as well and everyone who has a gun readies it.

"Wait until they get closer to the wall! We must conserve ammunition!" Simmons yells over the growling and howls of the approaching zombies.

Everyone does as he commands and when the zombies are within 5 meters, everyone fires at the same time.

Bullets fizz through the air like a lethal hail of metal and in seconds, 10 zombies are dead. But they are already at the wall, and a few tip over it in hunger. Jake and Asa act quickly, smashing in the skulls of those who make it over, with Asa singing as he fires his gun. In all, the battle takes only a minute or two, and Jake and Asa have a bit of blood splattered on them from smashing zombie skulls in, but noones hurt.

"That was a close one." Brent says as everyone reloads. "We better shut the gate now anyway, it's too dark to keep it open safely."

Everyone agrees and they all move the corpses inside or toss them back over the wall and two officers shut the gate. As Jake, Brent, Asa and George, who now comes out to see what happened, pile corpses against the gate to hold it shut, Simmons looks over Matt with an approving gaze.

"So you made it, Officer Stone. Did you accomplish what you were aiming to do?"

"Very much so sir. Boots for everyone and even some spare ammunition and food, as well as a friend or two."

Simmons nods approval and nods towards the building. Everyone proceeds inside and Brent starts his patrol of the fence, saying that he will come inside as soon as he is done. Everyone rests and takes a bite to eat, a gulp or two of water, and chats about what they were doing before the bombs fell. Simmons takes the time to introduce five more people who were hiding behind the counter of the foyer. They all are civilians and are armed only with various improvised melee weapons. Matt takes the backpacks full of food and ammo to an office behind the counter for safe keeping, and everyone who has a gun checks their ammunition. The civilians after putting on their boots go to sleep and all seems quiet. One of the civilians who has a gun introduces himself as Masaru and stays awake.

You quickly light the molotov and hurl it at the snakes! It's a direct hit and they all recoil and rush away to the end of the alley, hissing madly. The fire blazes fircely, and you decide its time to get out of this hot spot.

You outline your plan to the panicked man, but upon thinking about it, you realise that it's not as good as you thought it was. The man is too panicked to help in this feat of strength and the alley is a bit too wide so that only your shoulders and necks would be touching, meaning that it would take more strength than either of you have to walk up the walls.

A quick look at the fire reveals that you still have time to think of something new. Better think fast though, because those snakes look mad...

Okay then. If I'm lucky, the fire'll imolate a fair bunch and distract the rest. I should find somewhere to belly up now, preferably where the fire won't spread. I'm not fireproof without my coat. Sadly, cause zombies couldn't get me if I was on fire.

I'll move up this alley queitly, keeping an ear behind me. I don't want to spoil my incognitoness, so I'll try to take unaware zombies with the blade. Mind you, I've got to keep my scattergun handy, stealthy and dead isn't a good thing. If I need to, no hesitation on going loud.

Archangel: Highly doutful. It's possible, but I reckon that the chances of you actually finding one in good useable condition is not very likely. Good luck though, but I would personally search for something else.

Then we'll climb on top of the dumpster using the trash cans, and then take a leaping jump over the fire and the snakes, running like friggin crazy! And if the snakes happen to be fast enough to keep up with us, then it's molotov time.
