I look around for a shop that sells equipment for recording stuff. As in, recording a music video.

I find the biggest metal plates I can find, put them against one of the walls of the warehouse, and test the gauss gun on that. Since this nearly vaporized Rebecca, I think this weapon is worthy of me.

Turn 44

Quote from: Mr.Roosts
For my action I try to get back to the HQ again, then take Commander's Kevlar vest and give it to Rebecca. Once again I try to tell Commander to heal up already.
(1+1=2) You keep walking, but despite your GPS you still can't find your way back to the HQ. You find yourself near the river, and on the other side you can see Manhattan.
Quote from: Lucien
I teleport back to HQ.
(6) You decide to just try to get back, and shout a few words in the ancient language used to recite incantations, while also focusing on the thought of the HQ. A field of black energy envelops you, but it also spreads to the pattern on the rooftop, and a sizable chunk of it is brought to the HQ with you. (Luck roll: 2) You appear right above the car, and the large concrete slab lands right on it. (6+1=6) But the concrete slab simply shatters when it strikes the car. You also manage to avoid getting hurt by the short fall, and simply shrug and dust yourself off when the others ask where you've been.
Quote from: Jim ”Hades” Ferse
I head off to the rubble of the electronics store to retrieve some pieces of equipment. I use my powers to grab everything I can get my hands on and take it back to the junkyard.
(2) You decide to go to the former electronics store, but then realize that you are not sure where it is. Xen comes over and asks if you need any help, and you ask him where the store was, but he is not sure either.
Quote from: Blarney
Treat Rebecca's wounds with the medical supplies.
(5+1=6) You use up an entire bag of medical supplies while treating her, and she is now at full health. (1) You don't really learn much about healing though.
Quote from: Cheetahr
I look around for a shop that sells equipment for recording stuff. As in, recording a music video.
(6) You rush off into the early morning, moving at near supersonic speed, and start looking around for a store that has audio and video recording supplies. You search through several city blocks, and finally find a store that seems to have what you'll need. It is a audio-video store, and when you enter you see that they have what you need, unfortunately they have a lot of security cameras as well.
Quote from: Xen
I help Hades
(3-1=2) You walk over to Hades and ask if he needs any help, and he asks you for directions to the ruined electronics store, but your mind is too tired to remember.
Quote from: Triolf
I find the biggest metal plates I can find, put them against one of the walls of the warehouse, and test the gauss gun on that.
(4) You find a pair of heavy metal plates, and with a lot of cursing and sweating you manage to move them into position against one of the walls. You then aim the large gauss gun at them, load a piece of metal into it, and flip the switch. Without a sound the small piece of metal is launched at enourmous speed at the two plates, (2-2=1) easily penetrating them both, (2-2=1) and then smashing a large hole in the wall of the HQ. It will be harder to defend it against potential attacks now. (Luck roll:5) At least you learn some more about the gauss gun.

Enemy Actions:
No enemies present

Allied Actions:
Quote from:  Rebecca Mayers
Make sure car is undamaged
(2) Her meager mechanical skills are not enough to determine anything about the state of the car.
Quote from: SWAT commander
Sing
(6+2=6) His song is so beautiful it could probably make stones cry.

Environment: (Perception roll: 6) Mr.Roosts sees a large amount of helicopters come flying across the river towards Queens, at least twenty. They are black and heavily armed, and on their sides is painted the letters S.H.I.E.L.D. in white.

Do we have any other cars besides the tank?
You know we have money, you can just buy the equipment.  :P
And it just so happens you have $500 with you.

Action: I improve the warding circle around HQ.
I drive Hade's tank to the river, pick up Mr. Roosts, and borrow his GPS to find the quickest route back to HQ

Triolf's status is also out of date.

I'll tell Rebecca to get the commander's SWAT vest on and then slip out of the building and observe the building from a slight distance. (if they set up a perimeter I'd like to be outside it to begin with.)

I did not do anything! The hole was there from the start!

This gun looks awesome. I need to find a way to keep it with me at all times.

Step one: Engineer some kind of anti-gravity gloves. Maybe using some kind of air blaster, or use the magnetic properties of the gauss gun? I don't have a black-hole on myself.

Turn 45

Quote from: Cheetahr
I remember the location of the store for later, and run towards the warehouse to get ready for the S.H.I.E.L.D. attackers.
(5) You rush back to the HQ, making sure to remember the way to the store. You think you could rather easily find your way back.
Quote from: Lucien
I drive Hades' tank to the river, pick up Mr. Roosts, and borrow his GPS to find the quickest route back to HQ
(3+1=4) You get into the tank-car and head out, and soon you find the river.(3) You cannot find Mr.Roosts anywhere though.
Quote from: Mr.Roosts
I try to meditate on my psychic abilities.
(1) You sit down and close your eyes, and then you drift off into a vast sea of calm blackness. In it is swirling the thoughts of others, the people who are near you, but you cannot see anything specific. Suddenly a bright light explodes in your mind, and the calm blackness is turned into a stormy ocean of colors. You desperately try to exit the trance, but you are stuck within your own mind!
Quote from: Jim ”Hades” Ferse
I make blueprints for a steerable antigravity generator for autonomous levitation and movement of large vehicles, such as the project I am currently working on.
(6) You get a brilliant idea, and just have to write it down! You use your powers to create a large sheet of metal and then get to work. You carve onto the metal the blueprints for a working antigravity generator, and it is an absolutely brilliant design! Unfortunately it requires some very rare and expensive components, some of which cannot be found in this dimension.
Quote from: Blarney
I'll tell Rebecca to get the commander's SWAT vest on and then slip out of the building and observe the building from a slight distance.
(1) You tell Rebecca to get the vest from the SWAT commander, and then try to leave. But when you step out of the HQ a couple of SHIELD helicopters pass by above, and you decide to remain where you are.
Quote from: Triolf
Engineer some kind of anti-gravity gloves. Maybe using some kind of air blaster, or use the magnetic properties of the gauss gun?
(4+1=5) You try to build some antigravity gloves, to help with wielding the gauss gun, but the materials available to you are not sufficient to do so.
Quote from: Xen
I build 6 mech legs that are 15 meters tall.
(6) You use your telekinesis to move a few cars into position next to each other, it is hard work but you manage to do so. Then you focus on reshaping them into a leg for your walker 'mech. It takes you the better part of an hour, and it feels like your head is about to explode, but you manage to complete one quarter of one leg. (6) You are nearly knocked out by the sheer amount of psychic strain, but you manage to keep awake. You notice that your nose is bleeding though.

Enemy Actions:
Quote from: S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicopters.
...
(3) They fly around overhead, apparently looking for something, they don't seem to have noticed you yet though.

Allied Actions:
Quote from:  Rebecca Mayers
Take commander's vest.
(2) She can't get it off him.
Quote from: SWAT commander
Sing
(1+2=3) His song goes back to being rather mediocre.

Environment: The SHIELD helicopters are still flying around overhead.

Obviously I'll try to stay out of sight of the helicoptors.
