I find some ropes and tie the commander up, and then (if not already an action) I attempt to heal him using the medical supplies.

(I'll try to persuade him to surrender to Rishtor.)

I'm also going out of town for the weekend so I'll be gone for a few days. I'll list a few actions in advance.

Things I'd like to do... loot SWAT guys (1 turn, mostly for wallets), get back to base 'Hey Rishtor, you should see what we've done with the place...', Practice agility and charm, ask Rebecca to continue to practice shooting. etc. See you guys in a few days.

I cede that driving back to HQ is a good idea, and during the drive, I take another stab at fixing the targeting computer.

(6+1=6) You find some ropes and quickly tie his hands and feet, (4) while still allowing his blood to flow freely. You decide to fix the targeting computer instead, and start trying to write some code for it to recognize enemies and allies, but you are not able to do so, you instead create a program that will allow it to be extra accurate for a little while, but it will quickly drains its batteries, forcing it to shutdown to reload. (Can activate a program that gives it +1 accuracy for 2 turns, it will be inactive for 3 turns afterwards.)

Be sure to store them if we should ever need them, hey triolf you could build a crygenic frezzer for that sor of thing.

I charge the capacitor and shock a random pedestrian in the heart, I then take them back to HQ and get all their main organs.

Awww, Roosts, that was gonna be my slave. And I went to all the trouble of fixing him up for several rounds.

I shall take the swat commanders helmet and slightly modify it so it suits me more.

Dude, what the hell, a 6 and the objective isn't even accomplished? I mean, what's the point of making it more accurate if it can't tell the difference between friend and enemy? Urg...

I practice using my powers by ripping apart the building supports of the electronics store.

Programming a robot to tell the difference between different people based only on how they look requires quite advanced face-recognition software, and that would need a 5.
