Do we get starting equipment?

I noticed that some people are already clamoring for things.

(I'll be back on Monday to post normally. In case you start before then, I'd like to practice throwing skills, and agility. I'm assuming we're some sort of dastardly band. How about calling ourselves The Do-gooder-ers. (yes, I know it's a silly name))

We have a amoral off-take of Gambit, an immortal Viking warrior, an insane lawman, and a guy whose gaze causes madness, with one unaccounted for.

I don't know what name to draw out of that.  Or what 'character' of group we'd be.

C'mon, give me some credit. The guy this is based off of is way older than Gambit.

I'm talking pre-death 'Archangel' old. (At least I think that would put him about the same time frame. Ie. early 80's.)

P.S.

(I had to look it up on the wiki, but apparently I was right about the name. So, in order to retain variation from an actual character I'll call him Blarney, and make him a red-head. Further development will occur in-game of course. Assuming I don't die.)

This man was born running, in the tradition of his parents, and their parents, and his parents parents parents, all of which were trying to escape the police. Cheetahr's parents were too slow however, and got arrested. Now it is left to Cheeetahr to carry the mantle of running away really fast from the police, and also possibly doing some crimes here and there.

In the middle of the night, when most people were soundly asleep in their beds, a group of dastardly individuals had assembled. They had tired of being denied that which they wanted, and now they were determined to let nothing stand in their way! They decided that they needed a base of operations, but apparently none of them had much money. For now they had to make their HQ in an old abandoned warehouse in Queens. The old run-down building would have to do for now, but the group had greater things in mind for the future.
