Hate to but in on such an awkward note, but if it's the statuses that are causing you all the problems, you could just make all the players keep track of them, like in Challenge Fate.

If that doesn't work, maybe someone else could take over...?

The problem wasn't in updating them, it was in having to keep track of all the various bonuses that the players started accumulating towards the end of the game. Letting the players keep track of them themselves wouldn't help with that as I would still need to look up what bonuses and such should be applied to every roll.

But if someone wants to continue this that would be quite alright with me.
